Be Part of Something Meaningful
Branch 44 is unique in both its history and its purpose. As a service branch, our focus is entirely on giving back—supporting veterans, youth, and community organizations across British Columbia.
Every membership helps us continue this important work and ensures that our impact reaches those who need it most.
Whether you have a personal connection to military service or simply want to make a difference, becoming a member is a meaningful way to contribute to a lasting legacy of service.
Already a member of another Legion branch? Join us as a Dual Member!
We proudly welcome dual members, giving you the opportunity to be part of Branch 44 while remaining a member of your home branch.
For just an additional $20, you can support the important, service-focused work we do—without giving up your connection elsewhere. Dual membership allows you to stay rooted in your local branch while expanding your impact and helping us carry forward the Legion’s tradition of service in even more meaningful ways.
To get started, you can contact us at legionbranch44@outlook.com to request an application form, or complete the entire process online at your convenience.
What Membership Means

Helps fund education awards and bursaries
Participates in remembrance and commemorative initiatives
Strengthens the Legion’s role in the community
You’ll also have the opportunity to attend General Meetings, stay connected through our Fluoroscope newsletter and be part of a branch with a rich and meaningful history.
Membership Fees
In celebration of their 100-year anniversary, the Royal Canadian Legion is currently offering free memberships to all new members.
