May General Meeting Recap
Thank you to all members who attended our May General Meeting at St. Timothy’s Anglican Church in Burnaby. It was wonderful to come together once again as Branch 44 continues navigating this transition period and exploring meeting locations while working toward a new permanent home.
The evening gave members an opportunity to recap many of the projects, initiatives, and Branch activities currently underway, while also looking ahead to future plans as we approach the Royal Canadian Legion’s Centenary year.
We would also like to extend a special welcome to Carol Craig, who officially joined Branch 44 as a dual member from Lynn Valley Legion Branch 114. We are very happy to have her as part of our Branch community.
Our next General Meeting will take place on June 18th at 7pm at the Hastings Community Centre. This will be our final meeting before the summer break and will also include the presentation of Honours & Awards pins along with Awards of Recognition.
